Kayak trip down the Blue Juniata River September 28, 2002.

September 28, 2002
It was a beautiful day on the Juniata River today! We went from Howe Park to Ken's Beach. The water was 4.25 on the Newport gauge. I had my Coupe Del Rio. We played for a while at Iroquois Falls and the waves from the ledges downstream. Ruth fell over below Iroquois Falls but I didn't see it because I was too busy trying to put my new skirt back on after it popped off. It did that every time I put it on. I guess skirts just don't work for me.
This trip took about 4.5 hours. We took out at Ken's Beach.
